Munchy’s Helper Role - What is it?
If you’ve played on Munchy, you will have likely noticed somebody with the Helper role (pink name) or the Recruit role (yellow name, Prison’s version of the Helper role), however you may not know exactly what this means. This post will hope to clarify the role of Helpers on MunchyMC, and answer some of the most common questions surrounding the position.

- Helping to resolve disputes between players, and promote a non-toxic environment.
- Escalating reports/issues where necessary.

- Informing staff members of issues/ concerns where necessary.
- Helping players to contact an appropriate staff member for support.
