None of the staff are open-minded, I told them my evidence for why I got false banned and they still said give evidence when I did. They just move past it and say get evidence. THEY THOUGHT I WAS CHEATING WHEN I WASN’T! BOTH DUTCHMTC AND EVILRAT SAID THE EXACT SAME THING WHEN I APPEALED. If you get banned don’t even bother trying to appeal they will just deny it. They thought I was cheating because I was mining a lot of gold but that doesn’t mean just because you mine a lot doesn’t mean you can’t be legit. I WAS LEGIT AND THEY THINK I WASNT! THEY DONT CARE!

If you’re making an appeal make a ticket, explain why you should get unbanned, wait. 
Complaining about staff publically on the forums is less likely to get you unbanned…
But 2 staff have said the exact same thing, you were caught cheating you need evidence. I HAVE EVIDENCE AND I SHARED IT NOW THEY NEED EVIDENCE WHY I SHOULD STAY BANNED EVEN THOUGH I SHOULDNT BECAUSE I WAS NOT CHEATING!
Dm them and ask why the evidence isn’t sufficient 
There is plenty of evidence on our end suggesting you were cheating, yet you claim to have provided evidence against this, while you have yet to show us any. Complaining about this on the forums will not help you get unbanned. So, if you wish to be unbanned quicker, complete a quest in Purgatory; if you want to give appealing another shot, wait at least a month before doing so.
