In my previous staff application, you can find details about my past actions and the reasons behind them, even though my grammar wasn’t great at the time. As for the steps I’ve taken, I deliberately disconnected from Minecraft for a while before returning. During this break, I did a full reset and gradually shifted my focus to playing more in a modded aspect. I began enjoying the servers without seeking any unfair advantages. It’s during these breaks that I truly discover ways to improve.

Yes, I’ve applied for a role on Munchy in the past, two and a half years ago to be exact. Since my last application, I’ve taken several steps to improve as an applicant. First, I revisited my previous application to identify areas for improvement. I focused on improving my grammar and communication skills, ensuring that my responses are clear and concise. Additionally, I disconnected from Minecraft for a while to gain a fresh perspective. During this break, I explored modded gameplay, and enjoyed the servers without seeking any unfair advantages. These experiences have helped me grow as a player and potential staff member.
What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
Previously, my reputation within the community was quite positive. I actively contributed, helped others, and built strong relationships. However, life circumstances led me to take a break. Now that I’m returning, I’m excited to reconnect, rebuild those connections, and contribute once again. Reputation takes time, but I’m committed to earning it back through consistent involvement and positive interactions.
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
As someone deeply committed to the Munchy community, my motivation to apply for this role stems from a genuine desire to contribute positively. I believe in fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. Whether it’s assisting new members or resolving conflicts, I’m dedicated to making Munchy an even better place for everyone.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
Given my extensive experience as a moderator for a community with over 15,000 concurrent players, a Discord server of 30,000+ members, and my role as an alpha tester for a game with 41 million visits and 200 concurrent players, I would confidently rate my knowledge on community moderation as a solid 9 out of 10. My background in handling diverse player interactions, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive environment equips me well for effective moderation. However, I remain open to continuous learning and adapting to new challenges.

Considering my relatively new status, I would rate my knowledge of MunchyMC’s GameMaker as a 6 out of 10. While I’m still exploring its details and features, I find the gamemode quite fascinating. I’m eager to learn more and contribute to the team.
