Let me get straight to the point. I would say that falcon kit 
is quite annoying, I am pretty sure most of us experienced someone playing with falcon kit, constantly swooping down at you and once you hit them a few times, they start running in a straight line for 10 seconds before flying away. I believe that makes the kit a bit too overpowed, therefore, I came up with a solution. Similar to /spawn, to activate the fly ability, you would have to stand still for 5 seconds. Please tell me your opinions on this, I would really like to know if you would agree with this solution

I mean structurally the kit is actually very weak and is typically used by players who are either trying to quickly navigate the map for on reason or another, and those who are newer to the game. The former will not bother you and with enough trial and error, you can trick the latter into getting hit. Then they must either fight you and lose or run away. Even if they come back eventually they will move on. Lastly, if there is a skilled player doing this to you, just remember that falcon kit is very weak on the ground offers no advantages outside of the flight ability. There just isn’t really a reason to nerf it so hard considering the existing pvp timer which stops you from activating it.
