I also think along with bold and italic there should be a strikethough option.
+1 very interesting idea! I think these are both possible with Discourse in one way or another, but I’m not 100% sure.

I think the examples would be a great way for people to express their feelings. +1
The +1 and -1 system works pretty well, it’d be cool to see it built in, especially for things like staff applications!
