If you see a post that does not follow the rules or forum etiquette, select the ellipsis icon and then the flag icon to flag a post! It then takes you to this panel:
When you create the flag, all forum staff are notified that there might be a problem.

When a post is flagged as off-topic, inappropriate, or spam, all forum staff members will be notified. The post in question will also be “hidden”, so you will have to select something that will let you view the post.
If a post is flagged as Something Else, forum staff will still be notified, but the post will not be hidden. Eventually, you will receive an automatic private message from a forum moderator. The default message is one of the three:
- Thanks for letting us know. We agree there is an issue and we’re looking into it.
- Thanks for letting us know. We’re looking into it.
- Thanks for letting us know. We agree there is an issue and we’ve removed the post.
- Thanks for letting us know. We’ve removed the post.
Please note that these messages are not random. If the Something Else flag is approved, it will likely by the first, third, or fourth messages. If it is rejected, it is usually the second.
When the flag is approved, something will typically happen to the post (e.g. the post gets removed, the post gets moved to another topic/category, etc.). When the flag is rejected, the post will likely be restored.
