Greetings, Survival!
The time has finally arrived, and we are excited to announce the release of Survival’s Championship Hall! With this update, our team of Hosts will be hosting minigame tournaments for you all to compete in and earn some awesome rewards and bragging rights. Hope you all enjoy!
♕ The Championship Hall ♕
What is it?
The Championship Hall is the lobby wherein Hosts can begin Championships and minigames. Within the CH players will be able to join Championships/minigames as well as warp to the CH leaderboards.
• Championships •
A Championship is a tournament consisting of three different minigames—such as Dropper, Hide & Seek, Boat Racing, and more—which is hosted about every two weeks. The top three players of each minigame are awarded “Crowns”, and at the end of the Championship the players who have accumulated the most Crowns will be the winners. The top three winners will be rewarded Champions Crate keys, and their stats will affect the leaderboards.
• Leaderboards •
Within the CH you’ll be able to teleport to the Leaderboards warp where you can check your personal CH stats, view the top 5 players in different categories, and see how many championships have been hosted in the current season.
• Champions Crates •
The Champions Crates are awarded to the overall top three players of a Championship. These crates are quite different from other ones, and have some awesome prizes to compete for such as custom cosmetics!
How it works
When a Championship is about to begin, players will have a 10 minute notice posted in the #survival-events channel of the community Discord server. You can then do /ch on Survival to enter the CH as you wait for it to begin. Your inventory will be cleared upon entering the Hall, and your items will be placed in your invclaim (/invclaim). When the Championship is starting, an announcement will be made in chat which you must click in order to join.

Animal Farm

Animal Farm
Guide animals from the barn into your team’s hole using their food type. Each type of animal will give slightly different points depending on the spawn rate. The team with the most points when the time runs out will win.

Boat Racing

Boat Racing
Race against the other players riding boats down a racetrack of ice, the first players to reach the finish line win.

Dropper

Dropper
Drop down a hole and avoid hitting any blocks on your way down. If you successfully avoid hitting any blocks and land in water, you will entered into the next round. The player to reach the final round first wins.

Elytra Race

Elytra Race
Race your opponents to the finishing line using elytras. Hitting any blocks on your way will cause you to go back to the start of the map.

Firewars

Firewars
Eliminate your enemies using fire damage. Each player will be equipped with a Flint and Steel, a Fishing Rod, and a Fire Charge. The last player remaining wins the game.

Hide & Seek

Hide & Seek
The Hiders must try to hide from the Seekers without getting caught. There are 2 seekers, both equipped with a “Seeker Stick” that they must use to hit hiders with if caught. If all hiders are caught before the time runs out, the seekers will win and in the other case, the hiders win.

Ice Hockey

The objective of this minigame is to hit a boat into your opponents goal. Scoring a goal will move you onto the next round where you will have a new opponent that also previously scored. If you manage to reach the final and score a goal, you win the game.

Knock players off of the platform using the knockback sticks provided, and stay alive as long as possible. The last player still on the platform wins.

Last Man Standing

Last Man Standing
Outlive your opponents by avoiding being killed by Zombies. If you manage to survive for a period of time, a new round will start and new zombies will spawn with upgraded gear. There will be pickups spawned throughout the game, some will benefit you and some will harm you. The last player to survive will win the game.

Spleef
Break snow blocks below your opponents to make them fall to their death. Every time you break a snow block, you will receive 2 snowballs which can be thrown to break snow blocks. There are multiple layers of the map and each will start to decay after a period of time. The last surviving player will win.
