We all know that if you want to be on the staff team or so, you need to make a proper application so you can have a good chance of becoming a member.
Well, I found a post to help all of us that are trying. This was very helpful as I have taken it as help to better my very own Application. This can help, just be very open minded.
Lets hope that people view this and improve their apps.

Oh yeah, I still to this day don’t understand what people mean by Lack of Detail, what does it even mean?
It means that you don’t have enough details in your application, like if people answer question without an explanation etc
Ahhhh… okay, that makes sense now.
