Hi! I’m new :D Help pls?

Hey Prison players, I never played Prison before, but I want to learn and play about this mode. So, how does it work?

These are just the basic things you need to know for now. Ever since this video has been out, a lot has changed but this should be enough info for now.

Edit: Also if you like to read, you can use this. It’s pretty up to date.

The general idea of Prison is mining in a block of stone and resources, which you sell to an NPC, by command, or by a ‘donator feature/game mechanic to unlock’ that auto-sells your produce.
The money you get can be used to upgrade your pickaxe, your armor and weapons, buy healing and potions, because PVP is only enabled in mines with more/better resources to mine.
P2W is usually written in HUGE LETTERS in crates with custom items you can’t get normally or donator features for a finite time.
Those servers are high ranked (100~1000) in a server list, because they feature vote crates where you can maybe find a better crate key. But beware, dupers can get crate keys and dupe it, they then can test the chances of each item. I have seen a video of a server economy getting destroyed, and they found out the better crate key in the vote crate is unobtainable. (I don’t remember their channel, but they got inspired by SalC1)

The OP prison variant is everything the same, except you break the blocks with at least efficiency 10, which you can upgrade in more directions than efficiency.
They usually introduce a new currency like beacons.
Sometimes they also feature an idle game mechanic like auto-mine “minions” or automatically mining by standing in a special area or calculating the time you could have spent mining while you went offline.

Ultra Legendary Rare the community of such a prison server is so toxic, they tell you to play the game to understand automatically everything that is going on on the server, as if you magically know what the custom items do by seeing people loot them and get it announced in chat. (that was actually the idea of the raredex, know what the items do by being online, not for the sake of having it in your inventory)
