Update: still waiting on discord support to help me but it seems the account isn’t being used. (Its status was last set to online and it appears to be offline)
Dude I like had to refriend so many people and message them on my friends alt and discord found it suspicious so they kept giving me captchas but all of them were clicking toasters 
besides literally ONE CAPTCHA WHERE I CLICKED THREE JELLYFISH THEN BACK TO TOASTERS

Very fortunate you were able to recover your account. Anyone who has dealt with Discord support knows getting help can often be a coin toss. If you haven’t, you should look at your Discord settings and add additional security measures to prevent losing your account. Same for your Microsoft-Minecraft. Could save you the heartache later down the line.

From reading the internet and speaking to friends I thought it would take 3-14 days or longer lol
As for Minecraft I can’t share a lot of details but it’s a pain to just log into my own account for reasons, it would be worse for others lmao. Thanks for the advice cattech and don’t worry I gotcha!
