Description:
The Cactus is Pickle Rick, but less Pickly and more Prickly. JK
The Cactus is like a mirror of damage, a little chunk of damage you do on it is reflected back on you.
It is more used for hugging than killing.
When the Cactus is holding a Cactus, it is unable to move, jump, take knockback and can’t fist you.
Natural Enemies: Viper and Titan in category Colour, a real Cactus, Wind Bow.

Gives you an enchanted Cactus Block without able to see what enchantment or attribute it has together with the attributes “generic.attackDamage” set to 0, “generic.movementSpeed” set to 0 and “generic.knockbackResistance” set to 1.
“generic.knockbackResistance” does not reduce knockback, it just reduces the chance of getting knocked back with “1.0f” being 100%.
Please make sure to give the Cactus jump boost of atleast 96 and Resistance 1, whenever Cactus is holding a Cactus.
“Slot:” doesn’t affect players playing 1.8 and below.

I do like this kit, I just think that the the thorns enchant should be less(maybe a 4 or a 5?), since that would probably kill the attacker in 2 hits, therefore leading to having the attacker to soup every hit.

How much % of the damage gets reflected per increment?

So thorns X… What does it do???

Thorns gives the user a chance (specifically, C ={ [level] x 15 }% ) to deal a certain amount of damage. This damage is taken in two scenarios… IF

Level < 10, deal 1 - 4 damage per piece of armor enchanted with thorns (i.e, having boots and chestplate, just chestplate, etc.)

Level > 10, Damage = [Level] - 10 per piece of armor enchanted with thorns (i.e, having boots and chestplate, just chestplate, etc.)

At level 10, you would be dealing 1 - 4 damage (assuming this is damage that increases per level of enchantment), given 10 is not greater than 10, and the effect would be guaranteed (your chance would be 150% with thorns X). Keep in mind all 4 pieces have thorns X, so you would be dealing up to 16 damage every time a target hit you, That’s too op. I would recommend thorns IV on one piece and maybe thorns II on the other pieces. That way, the thorns I has a 30% chance of dealing about 2 damage each (for a total of 6) and the thorns IV would have a 75% chance of dealing about 3 damage, approximately 9 damage total on a good case scenario.

Unbreaking 69 = Unbreaking 30 roughly.

Unbreaking = (60 + (40/(Level+1)))%, giving unbreaking 69 a 60.5% chance of taking durability damage, and giving unbreaking 30 a 61.3% chance (about .8% difference).

I don’t see the point of using the cactus block for an ability, I think the armor is fine as it is.

…Speaking of the armor, that’s really bad armor. Thorns increases the amount of durability you take from an attack by 3 points. This is for all cases EXCEPT thorns enchanted SECONDARY armor (The secondary armor would be helm, boots, and legs in this case). Given that a leather tunic barely has 81 points of durability, it would take less than 50 hits for the chestplate to break (in the worst case scenario, it would take only 27 hits). Also considering that it is the same armor as dash, this kit would barely survive on its own with that armor.

I like the idea, but the kit is too weak currently (and op at the same time because of the thorns X).

The Cactus doesn’t need a click to be activated, it just needs to be held in hand.
1.7 enchantment system is a bit confusing, 1.8 is better, in which one piece of armor gets randomly chosen by the thorns. (i think it was impossible to get thorns on anything else than the chestplate in 1.7?)
The thorns take 3 dura from a piece, when unbreaking 1 or lower is on.
It takes 2 on unbreaking 2 and 1 on unbreaking 3.
This test is like 3-4 years old, when 1.7 was a thing.
It wasn’t actual testing, just something i noticed on a survival server.

There exist some special expresions.
"<" bigger, “>” littlier, “=” equal, “=<” equal and bigger, “=>” equal and littlier, “=!” not equal,
The first 3 are obvious, the other 3 are less known and i don’t get the meaning of “==” which is also equal, but with a second useless equal, because the first already says it’s equal.

EDIT: On the search for 32767, i found the thorns enchantment in german.
It says, no armor can resist thorns, therefore 9 damage is good in my eyes. :3

I believe per Throrns enchantment it inflicts half a heart. I know that Thorns III enchant deals around 1/2-2 hearts damage.

you do know this is a 1.7 compatible server right? 1.8+ only ideas aren’t as useful as 1.7+
