I could be active more than 20+ hours a week definitely, but I’m not sure how specifically active I can be throughtout the days.
Do you have any punishments on our network? If so, please describe the steps you have taken to improve as a community member since your punishments:
Sadly, yes… I do… I don’t know why I used to act the way I did that got me all the punishments, but thanks to my lord and saviour Jesus Christ, I’ve rebounded and reformed to a better person and more respectful when I can.
Have you applied for a role on Munchy before? If so, please explain the steps you have taken to improve as an applicant since your last application: No, this is my first application.

What do you think your reputation is like within the community? Im not gonna lie, there may be a lot (maybe) of people who dislike me cause of how I act, I’m usually a sarcastic person that can say mean things but I usually don’t mean it, unless you deserve the hate lmao. But yeah I feel like my overall reputation is pretty good other than those few mistakes.

Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply? I’m interested in this role because I was very pleased with all that you can do in GameMaker and I’m actually enjoying making the game im working on so far, which I hope comes out good, and the motivation that made me want to apply was seeing all of the players who struggled and was confused to what all the modules, actions, and functions worked. Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
Probably a 8, I’ve moderated as a helper on a server which I’m not sure if it’s still up, but its called NekoBox, it was a spanish-based server so I was able to help people there that were confused about what to do, or how the server worked. (Don’t know if this helps but I’ve also ran a few munchy-based discord servers, one will be used in the future), I could work on being less lenient cause that server has no rules except for the basic no brainers, but to be fair it is a prison discord.

Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), what would you rate your knowledge on MunchyMC’s GameMaker?
My knowledge on GameMaker so far is probably a 6, because I’ve nailed the understanding of every module so far except for properties and functions, I still have a bit of trouble understanding those so far, but I should be able to master them the more I play, caused I’ve only been playing for a few days. I also know some experienced players that could also help me learn these skills!

This might sound crazy, but leeaff is probably the reason I’m still even playing video games.
Let me set the scene here…
Its mid march, I’m at the lowest I’ve ever been in life, I’d lost friends, family, and my passion for Gaming. I’m legit at the lowest I’ve ever been PERIOD!! But at my lowest I was saved by LEEAFF of all people!!!

He started letting me into his friend group and we really got to know eachother better. Nights when I was rethinking life and just upset I would always go to him, anytime I needed my guy leeaff he was always there for me. So to leaf, I will forever be grateful that you were brought into my life <3

Now with that wholesome sh!t out the way I’ll point out the obvious, leeaff has MANY punishments on the server, but when I tell you he cares about game maker I REALLY MEAN IT!! He’s been trying to get me play for almost a week now, and almost anytime we talk hes yappin about how much he loves this gamemode.

So yeah uhm +1 for leeaff !

Edit: leaf has been really active, i tested his game and he has very good knowledge of gamemaker now, he even gave the admins an idea on how to make a sell system and they said they would do it, he is improving a lot!

Now I wish I could +1 this but then again, I know you, I know that you enjoy game maker and that the concept appeals to you.

If you do genuinely consider applying, I’m still confused wether this application is honest or not, don’t fault me on that, what I’d suggest you is a few things…

  • Getting to interact with the community; as a helper, you’re expected to be able to solve or at least understand any players’ concern to find a solution to their issue. People should know you for being a kind figure and a trustworthy person that they can reach to at any point. You gotta show them that you care and that you’ll do your best to make their game play more fun.

  • Get to know more about some core functionalities such as functions and the overall command basics; things where people struggle the most is where you would be very helpful. There’s a few other applicants that have pretty decent knowledge about those features so learning them as quick as you can wouldn’t hurt. I get that game maker is not the most intuitive game mode so far with its lack of tutorial, but you’ll get used to it in the long run.

  • Grow up some positive influence; that might be wrong, but from the game mode you main, or used to main, people could think that you’re toxic and to be fair that’s just prison, can’t do anything about that. You gotta show people that you are nice, devoted, and open minded. Trustworthy enough to fulfil such a position and that you’ll do great. Some sort of advantage that I believe you have is that people know you, thanks from the discord and your decent activity. So just, I don’t know, do better? :joy:
