I try to make high quality content and wish to do so on your server. Although a media rank is not necessary to do so, it helps alot.

You do have the right amount of subscribers to apply for media rank, however, you have not been uploading videos on MunchyMC for the past month. In fact I cannot find any evidence that you have ever made videos on MunchyMC. I would advise that you reapply when you have been uploading content on MunchyMC for at least a month. for your view count being so low its hard to see the sub count being legitimate.
also i see you have not one video on munchy i recommend making a few before applying.

Views are rarely ever up to par with the amount of subs.
