Hey Munchies! The Admin Team and I have come up with a better explanation of mutable offenses, and what punishment to expect as a result from breaking these rules.
Low-Level Offenses
These include but are not limited to:- Swearing
- Includes filtered swearing (Ex: F***)
- Spamming
- Continuously posting the same message (or different messages) at a fast rate to be considered annoying
- Constant double posting
- Harassing a staff member or player
- Low-level advertising (advertising without the intent of advertising)
- Mentioning another server’s name
First offenders will usually be given a warning. Continued offenders will be muted with increased mute times.
Mid-Level Offenses
These include but are not limited to:- Mid-level advertising (more severe advertising without the intent of advertising)
- Asking your friends to join another server to fight against you.
- Racist Language
- Jokes
- Slurs
- Comments
These may sometimes result in a warning but will usually result in a 1+ hour mute. Repeated offenses will result in much longer mute times.
High-Level Offenses
These include but are not limited to:- Mute Evading (hopping on an alt to bypass a mute)
- Revealing personal information
- This includes, but is not limited too: names, e-mails, phone numbers, physical information, addresses of other players that they do not want to share or have not made public.
- Threats of any kind
- This includes, but is not limited to: doxing, ddos, swatting, death threats/wishes, harm threats/wishes
- High-level advertising.
- Posting IP’s other than munchy in the public chat
- Messaging players IP’s in a personal message
These will all result in a 1-day mute minimum with no warning.
This is by no means a complete list of what you can be muted for. But hopefully, this list will provide some clarification on what behavior will result in which punishment. If you have been muted multiple times, then your punishments will be more severe than someone who has never been muted.
All mutes are also based on the atmosphere at the time. Depending on the situation, your mute times may vary from what has been stated about them. All mutable punishments and their punishment times are subject to change at MunchyMC staff discretion.
