THIS is the new colour pattern that I made using blocks in version 1.8.9
(NOTE - THIS is just the pattern, not the desineg)
With those block choices I would skip the obsidian and light gray wool

I really have no complaints about this map. I think it looks great, and when you finish, I think this would be a great map.
