nah I already showed you the legal backing for why you’re wrong
at this point it’s just you being angry. which is fine but stop trying to say that the server did anything legally wrong against you. you signed a contract when you bought your rank, and changing features falls under those provisions

Commenting only to defend my friends who have been expressing their opinion over this change and getting wrongfully flamed for it.
The second bullet, “We do not guarantee continuous error-free, virus-free or secure operation and access to the web store and its products”, means that Munchy is not liable for any errors on the site, or any viruses received (I doubt anyone could have gotten a virus from the Munchy shop, though). This does not cover any removed perks from previously bought products.
The purchase TOS, which consumers agree to before purchasing anything from the Munchy shop, also doesn’t cover anything about removing an originally provided perk.
Hope this helps explain as to why people are upset, everyone! This will be my last post on the topic.

Its really not that deep, just don’t bring valuable items on a risky adventure, or just don’t die at all, its pretty easy to avoid dying if you have diamond armor and it takes a few hours to get that.

That contract is between you and the tebex store as a whole. Not between you and munchy. I doubt you have even read the terms yourself. The product is in reference to any products you buy off the tebex store. Which does include the rank.

yeah i gotta agree. not only that but it shows how little regard they have towards their playerbase. no hate but like, what?? plus, let’s be real, there are many minors who are unable to work (or they’re not allowed to even use their own money) and probably used their birthday money or begged their parents to get a rank on their favorite server. idk it rubs me in the wrong way but i’m not surprised. people have to pay monthly for this new gamemaker. just feels like a lot of money is being grasped for by munchy.
this is coming from someone who has spent way too much money on this server - when the owner (and previous owners) have MUCH more money than most of the playerbase. i’m sure some players have rich families or make a lot of bank themselves. they can fund this or find a way to lower the prices. because let’s be real, lowering the prices = more purchases. that’s why a lot of servers have a higher success rate because they’re affordable and don’t make changes.

Candle just woke up and see a whole topic about this. 
At least I’m glad we agree on fly being balanced. 
A simple fix for legend etc is just to make it so that it can be toggled.
I don’t have anything against the changes personally but that would stir out the hate most likely.

Anyone who spent that much money on a rank/ranks is foolish and deserves to have the features removed/changed on them. However, not offering a refund is just scummy. especially when the rank was and still is advertised as ‘lifetime,’ which is misleading, and no longer applies to the rank features.
